RealChange Network is a successful consulting firm located in the San Francisco Bay area and was founded byChristian Forthomme (MBA-MA), a French-American.
On assignment to study leadership and per- sonal growth training for executives in Califor- nia, he was struck by how a number of these successful leaders also shared a commitment to make a difference in their business and in the world. That changed his vision of how business and human values can reinforce each other. In the past 16 years, he has successfully launched a pioneering MBA curriculum focusing on lead- ership and change management at John F. Kennedy University. With Crystal Forthomme and a team of change leadership and cross- cultural management experts, he has also built an innovative international management con- sulting firm, which has helped hundreds of exec- utives, and dozens of international organizations reinvent themselves successfully.
